I founded Thistle Guard Bookkeeping in 2025 as a way of getting to do what I love most!
I’ve worked in accounting for over 11 years with companies both large and small. Over time, I realized what I enjoy most isn’t routine data entry, it’s transformation.
My specialty is taking messy, stress-inducing financials and restoring order. There’s something deeply satisfying about reconciling an account that hasn’t matched in months and watching clarity return to the numbers.
The best part of my work isn’t the spreadsheets. It’s the relief.

When I’m not working, I’m at home with my husband, son, and our dog. I cook a lot (mostly because life requires it, not because it’s my passion). In the small pockets of free time I have, you’ll find me painting with acrylics, growing wildflowers for bees, watching my son collect rocks as if we don’t already have plenty, or re-watching a favorite show.
Thistle Guard was built on the belief that steady systems create freedom. My role is simple: protect what you’ve built and help you move forward with clarity.
